RCM Ltd, founded in 1974, is a leading manufacturers' representative in Israel. In addition to distributing other manufacturers' products,
RCM's own Microwave Engineering Group (MEG) designs and manufactures antennas and waveguide components, sold to customers in Israel and abroad.

RCM is heavily involved in supplying systems, subsystems and components to the Hi-tech, Electronics, commercial and defense industries in Israel, as well as to the Ministry of Defense and other government customers.

After-sales support is considered by RCM to be of vital importance to our sales organization. In the implementation of this policy we continuously invest significant effort and resources in our Customer Service Department in order to improve and provide quick and efficient service to the equipment and systems sold by us. Our own service facility extends installation and after-sale-service as well as contracts and on-call service. The service department is staffed by practical engineers and headed by an electronics engineer. All service dept. personnel are well experienced in servicing RF and microwave equipment, computer systems, computer peripherals and video displays. The company has service contracts with the Ministry of Defense and with various local manufacturers. RCM service department stocks adequate quantities of spare parts and sub-assemblies to ensure timely and effective service.
